Rockdale County Board of Elections sets holiday meeting schedule November 2024 -January2025

ROCKDALE COUNTY, GA—The Rockdale County Board of Commissioners (BOC) announced its meeting schedule aswell as days that county offices will be closed for the upcoming holidays. 

Here’s a look at the schedule, which includes holidays to be observed through Jan. 20, the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.

FALL RECESS – NO BOARD MEETINGS – November 15, 2024 – December 2, 2024 – FALL RECESS

HOLIDAYS – Thursday, November 28, 2024 and Friday, November 29, 2024 –  Thanksgiving Holidays – County Offices Closed

Meeting Cancelled – Rockdale County Board of Commissioners Work Session: Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. – Meeting Cancelled

Rockdale County Board of Commissioners Work Session/Voting Session (Second Reading and Adoption of 2025 Appropriations Ordinance): Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. – Assembly Hall located at 901 Main Street, Conyers, Georgia 30012

WINTER RECESS – NO BOARD MEETINGS – December 11, 2024 – January 20, 2025 – WINTER RECESS

HOLIDAYS – Monday, December 23, 2024; Tuesday, December 24, 2024 and Wednesday, December 25, 2024 –  Christmas Holidays – County Offices Closed

HOLIDAY –Wednesday, January 1, 2025 –  New Year’s Day Holiday – County Offices Closed
