DEKALB COUNTY, GA– The DeKalb County School District (DCSD) announced transportation delays expected at four DeKalb schools on Tuesday, Nov. 28, due to the memorial service for former First Lady Rosalynn Carter. ATLANTA—The City of Atlanta will open a warming center ahead of the cold temperatures forecast this week. The warming center will be located at the Central Park Recreation Center, 400 Merritts Ave. NE, Atlanta. ATLANTA – The House Committee on Reapportionment and Redistricting will conduct an initial hearing on the proposed remedial House districts and map on Wednesday, Nov. 29, 1 p.m., at the Coverdell Legislative Office Building in downtown Atlanta, Room 406.
